I have a wide range of planning experience having worked for local councils (Taupo District Council), regional councils (Waikato Regional Council), multi-diciplinary private consultancies (CKL Surveying & Planning, Aurecon) and government departments (Derpartment of Conservation).
I am focused on delivering high-quality planning services that meet desired budgets and deadlines. Not only do I offer a wide range of experience, but I also offer a very competitive hourly rate that you won't find elsewhere.
I will do everything I can to meet your desired outcome, whilst most importantly being honest right from the outset regarding what those outcomes may be. At times, the resource consent process can be overwhelming due to the number of details involved and the legal requirements that must be met. I aim to ensure my clients understand the process and what is involved at each stage.

Without knowing the full details of your proposal or the property under application, I cannot provide an accurate cost estimate. However, as a general guide I can propose the following:
- subdivision applications start from $2,500
- land use applications start from $2,800
- planning submissions start from $200
- feasibility reports start from $200
(NB: rates are incl. of GST, disbursements additional)
