Change is on the horizon...land development

To realise the dream of a new build, land development can often involve the need to liaise and co-ordinate with many different professionals including solicitors, Council, planners, architects, builders, landscape architects, local Iwi, the NZ Transport Authority, the Historic Places Trust, etc. I have experience working with all of these groups and can therefore make the process of obtaining a land use consent more streamlined, time efficient and subsequently less costly.
